In uzbek words i thought v was a english w sound like in ovqat. Do you pronounce va (and) with english writing va or wa?

Thanks. Is this difference only formal vs informal, or singular vs plural for you too, like in Russian, French, German , old English thou vs you, tu vs vous, ty/vy?

It's about Formal and Informal Sen (Singular informal) Siz (Singular formal) But (siz) is also used Plural.
