The elders of the Philippines wanted to be liberated from the Spanish Colonies. Americans sent millions per month to grow their independence. I remember Ferdinand and Imelda Marcos robbing their people and she bought millions of dollars worth of shoes while her people starved. The Marcos are generations later but still in power. Breaking up? Just say: " Estuve pensando, lo nuestro ya no da para más. ( I was thinking, our thing doesn't work out any longer.)" or better: " Eres demasiado buena para mí, búscate a alguien mejor. ( You're too good for me, find yourself someone better.)"

I'm marrying a muy bella mujer. I want to say my vows en español. I have about 7 months to learn everything I can. I got one of those grande notebooks. The one with pockets and folders built in. I've been watching your videos. Taking notes, and before I go to sleep putting on 6 or 7 hour videos with someone saying the english word, then repeating it in spanish. Your energy is great! Your videos are fun to watch and I am learning quite a bit. We recently went on a trip to Peru with my friend (a native from Lima) and had a great time. I spoke some Spanish but I'd really like to continue learning. I have very many Spanish words in my vocabulary but I have trouble structuring sentences.
