She has the typical thick, strong, straight Asian hair. How do you take care of it? Wash it and use some conditioner once or twice a week then do whatever you want to it. They have the luckiest head of hair in the world. I'd kill for that kind of hair. My good friend is from Thailand (but actually Japanese decent) and she has that kind of hair. I don't think it's possible to ruin it. One time she got in the pool without pulling it up and it came out more matted than any hair I've ever seen, anyone else would have had to cut it out, they slathered conditioner on it really thick and went to work combing it out, took quite a while where it was so thick and so long but it came out without a sign of breakage or damage and didn't have to cut a single strand. Such beautiful, strong hair but unfortunately you're either born with it or you aren't, you aren't taking a white person or black person for instance and doing anything to turn your hair into that, simply can't be done. For us mortals, it's wash well with a good, moisturizing shampoo but not more often than you have to, an anti-breakage/strengthening conditioner, do deep conditioning treatments and/or anti-breakage treatments at least a couple times a months, use some leave in biotin and collagen sprays and use as little heat as possible. If you use elastics don't put them tighter than you have to and cut them out, don't pull them out. That's about all we can do. Keep it trimmed to prevent split ends and do a dusting on it once in a while. If you have the patience and your hair will handle it use a rice water regimen (you can find rice water tutorials all over YT) as often as your hair will handle it, start slow and build up to more often and longer treatments but don't over do it at the beginning as it can cause protein overload and actually have the opposite effect. Other than that, how do you get hair like above? Buy clip in hair extensions! 🤣Good luck!
