Why didn’t I see this honored at the Academy Awards last night? Brilliant! Hard to believe she is a first time director. She had me like putty in her hand after the first “Guten Tag”. And the ending!! I swear she had me in tears and even long after the film ended I turned that ending over in my mind for days-it just doesn’t get any better than this!

This is exactly what I need. Conversations in real situations. Movies speak too fast and use vocabulary that is too advanced. Although this was elementary it was still very good. There are many German learning videos but this is a unique approach and works very well for me.
