I need help please! how do i get the average % quality performance of an employee in a week or month under a different column , where there are hundreds of other employee names listed with their quality scores shuffled. example jun 1, peter scores 55 jun 1, paul scores 95 june 3, mary scores 85 june 10, esther 60 jun 13, roland 100 june 16, peter 90 june 26, peter 85 june 30, esther 80 . Since i have hundreds of different employee names under one sheet with different dates & their scores . which formula should i use to pull up their average weekly or monthly scores , and have it automated when next i paste new quality score data on same sheet? The problem with your percent change is the formula you use. (C2-B2)/B2 gives you the correct result every time.

No real formula that I know of but here's a good method for these calculations: always find the 1% so 1 = 1% in this case because 30/30 = 1, and then 100% = 100 because 1*100 = 100

Great video, but I have a question: How do you subtract a total from a sub total? My formula is =(C:C-(A:A*333))-35%. Let's not worry about the first part and say that equals 200. How do I get the function to output 130? The function works in every other way, but Sheets just doesn't work

They had to complicate things.. Excel has it much easier. If A1 is 10, and you want to find 25% of 10, the formula is =25%*A1

Thank you for replying unfortunately this has not worked. What I am trying to do is £140 - 15% rounded up comes out at £119 but I need it to round up to the next 5. So want it to be £120 or another example would be £850 - 15% = £723 I would like it to be £725. Thank you in advance if you have any ideas.
