This is truly amazing. This is by far the best Burmese I've heard spoken by a foreigner. Perfect pronunciation and accent. In fact, your Burmese is easier to understand than some ethnic minority people such as Karens, Rakhines, Kachins etc. that I've met and known. Well done. I'm so proud of you, Andrew!

Hi Carolyn, thanks for your encouragement. Yes, I don't think many people understand about Myanmar, it's history and what a great place it is!

Andrew, If u see this message, please contact me. I need help...to study advanced Grammar in writing. It is my native language but I've been away for 25 years & was not having access to materials - when I did have some access the materials r crappy info that I wouldn't read in younger days anyway. I've no problem fixing my spelling mistakes which I began to have a few years ago but I want to learn more . Can you recommend me some me some materials to look for .. in the library, etc.

There's no wonder that you really have tried hard to speak Myanmar effortlessly because you are speaking it almost as a local. When are you gonna be back in Myanmar? Drop me a line so that I can help you out what you wanna do here as much as I can. :)
