To both... psychiatrist and psychologist Several questions are there... Learning is not a simple process Motivation for academic achievement Appropriate and sufficient educational exposures....ability of parents and teachers to involve children in learning process specially academic... Now go to rural interior school....where parents are labour....not much educated... Policies that no any student shall be failed....social backwardness ...such student studing in uper primary could not write reading...are they consider as having learning disability

No offense ma'am but you are not a clinical psychologist, you are simply a psychologist. So are you eligible to do an IQ assessment if yes then on what basis?
