From truck drivers to Hollywood actors, many workers in the United States are protesting about low pay and long hours. As LE's John Russell reports, some of the unhappiness is rooted in changes in technology and the economy.
Then, newly-developed artificial intelligence (AI) systems have demonstrated the ability to perform at human-like levels in some areas. But one serious problem with the tools remains - they can repeatedly produce false or harmful information. Bryan Lynn explores the subject in the LE Science and Technology Report. After, he joins Ashley in the studio to answer some question about the report.
And we close the show with another report in the LE series America's National Parks. Ashley and Caty Weaver explore the otherworldly beauty of Badlands National Park in the north central state of South Dakota.
