Claris used to have a feature within FileMaker called Runtime. They took the feature out in v19 and higher. You can still use the feature within FileMaker Advanced 18 if you can get a copy. Otherwise, the only option available is this filemaker.livecode.com

I have no "Scripts" or "View" on my menu options.

Make sure you are using a full version of FileMaker. If it's a company computer they may be able to disable some features. You may also need to go to the application Preference and find a checkbox which reads "Use advanced tools" in order to get the Scripts menu. Although... you should always be able to see the View menu.
