Very glad I stumbled upon this gem on youtube. As a young guy who's still at university you are very inspiring, Aric.

As I start my career in analytics I find myself struggling to keep true to who I am and keeping my priorities straight. I have a little boy on the way yet, my mind has been focused on my career. This video has led me to take a step back and reassess my priorities. Thank you!

Tfw you don't have wife or children (not really by choice), so the only way to go Forward is to grind even harder

In a way you can consider yourself lucky that you can take bigger risks and greater decisions

Fair point. However, is taking bigger risks and greater decisions adding value to your life? I think even without a family and children, there are so many other ways to enrich your life that go beyond work.
