The fact that he is doing it in a country with low gbp and a developing economy makes it weird. Now I'm not claiming that the women he is "dating" are poor or vulnerable - I don't know that. It's the fact that he is blatantly promoting sexual tourism (which is a very real problem) to his audience that makes it predatory
