That is weird - this option IS enabled on this recording. Maybe it's a YT bug and will fix itself in a few hours?

I just visited the video and I can track the live chat. My iOS application noticed me that the live chat option is moved. I mean, the replies for the video and the live chat are in the same place, you just need to scroll left and right to switch between them. I hope this helps.

Unfortunately subtitles for a livestream aren't a simple problem, but let me think about potential solutions. No promises though.

Actually it seems that after a few hours automatic AI-generated subtitles should appear under the video. I see them there already for videos from Friday and Saturday, so this one should get them soon as well. See if that helps.
