Learning ski mountaineering in one day

A year after my first time on skis, I decided to try ski mountaineering accompanied by an experienced friend.
WARNING: Ski mountaineering requires many precautions, if you want to start it, do not venture out alone but rely on an instructor. In this video I was constantly monitored by a friend who has been ski mountaineering for more than ten years and who had the mandatory safety equipment for this activity (shovel, probe and ARTVA, the avalanche search device).
I thank Matteo Crippa for his patience in accompanying me in this activity.
