A potential Zero% speedrun specifically the original v1.00 on PS2 would be brutal since the fuel on 'Supply Lines' is practically a timer in disguise.

It’s doable, i only had difficulty in Supply Lines when running the game at more than 25 - 30 FPS

@@ultrxlight If you play Supply Lines on PC you'll notice you can "glide" with the plane (fly without pressing W) and your fuel won't deplete, you can complete it without even using half the bar, but in the OG PS2 v1.00 the fuel depleted regardless so it was essentially a timer, since there wasn't anything you could do to make it deplete slower. Add that to the clunky controls and physics of the RC plane, and a lot of people being kids when playing this for the first time on PS2 (me included) and you have a mission being infamously difficult.

@@ultrxlight please check the @Bartoloxxd's response above, it's pretty accurate. Also, worth clarifying that by "Zero% speedrun" they most likely mean a speedrun of 3 missions, that are given by Zero, after you purchase Zero's workshop: Air Raid, Supply Lines & New Model Army. Those missions are not required for Any% speedrun of GTA:SA (so if you watch Josh's Any% runs - you might not have seen them), but are required in 100% speedrun and I think in "All missions speedrun" too

The mission "Dam and blast" irritates me. It is one of the most unrealistic missions in SA. You need to plant C4 in the dam to cut the power for the casino after doing the heist. The mission should be done quietly, so you go to the airport, grab the "Africa Airlines" plane, go all the way up, then dump the plane and parachute to the dam. Somehow, nobody noticed the ASMR engine-sound plane crashing in the ground and you got into the dam and planted the C4. Even if you do the mission "as intended", police are called to the site and CJ swan-dives to the water to avoid it. Yet somehow, the police didn't remove the C4 until the heist was taking place (even tough police was called because of it). I still find the mission fun and I like the "heist" missions, even if their structure wasn't so well-planned as some of the other parts of the game. At least they are better than the end-game missions (with 4 or 5 repetitive missions for gaining territories and even more on free-roam).

the last mission also has a weird ending and very dwon like cutscene with reused voice lines the heist missions were rushed

I have no idea why they had to add the whole plane segment other than to have even more plane missions in LV. You could just take a boat and go there. It would be just as stealthy as the plane route. Minus the huge aircraft crash.

this also irritates me as an electrical engineer specialized in power systems myself. even if they specifically knew that this exact hydro power plant would cause a black out in the specific area (which is practically impossilbe), why didn't they just plant C4 in the closest substations? this would make 100% more sense because losing a whole power plant would lead to contingent actions (eg ramping up nearby plants to pick up the slack) that in real life scenarios would probably mitigate the problem very quickly. however, replacing blown-up transformers in a specific area is something that takes physical work and time. it would MUCH easier and MUCH more realistic.

It's crazy that Millie can even reject the player, she should have no requirements similar to Denise according to the wiki. In my 100% playthrough she definitely didn't (but then again I had a very attractive CJ at that point). Grinding stats is slow, buying a home to access the dresser for the suit is also difficult, it's quite the headcratcher, huh. Might as well drive to Groove and get dressed there lol, might be even faster

What I found is that if Millie collides with an aggressive NPC driver, they both get out of their cars and the tailing section instapasses, allowing you to go straight to her house.

Whilst you're not a fan of RTLS (aka gang territory wars for an hour), I really think the heist missions are the worst ones in the games. The heist itself is pretty good tho.

I'm afraid there's just always screen tearing ever since I got my 2 PC setup, most people don't seem to notice so I've just learned to live with it

@@Joshimuz Hi Josh, i'm not sure i was watching FR33THY channel, he makes guides on streaming setups and he talked something about forcing vsync in obs through control panel to avoid tearig. I'm not sure because i don't stream, just try setting that and see if it works. Thank you for your relpy i'm glad i could chat with you =)
