Cheyenna, for the next answering video: as a non-asl speaker I know nothing about the peculiarities of the language. Is there something like tongue twisters in ASL? Tongue twisters are sentences hard to be pronounced, even for native speakers.

I have brittle bone disease, which is caused by a genetic mutation of your collagen gene, it affects your skin, hair, teeth, bones, cartilage, ect. Most people with my bone disease go fully dead by their late 20's I'm 22yr and I only have 12% and 26% hearing and require my hearing aids 24/7. My doctor (audiologist) recently told me I only have about a year - year and half at most before I'm fully deaf, and I'm so scared. He told me I need to start learning ASL immediatly, which I'm going to, but my family doesnt want to learn... and I'm so scared of what its gonna be like in a year or two when I'm fully deaf and I cant communicate with my family except through writing notes... and idk how I'm gonna talk with my gaming friends after I'm deaf... cause their not gonna learn ASL.. and I'm scared their not gonna talk and play with me then, cause they won't want to have to put up with txting only.. I start ASL classes in a few weeks and all of this has just been giving me so much anxiety. Love your videos, from cut I came here because I'm trying to learn as much ASL and as much about the deaf community as fast as I can before I'm become apart of it next year or so..

So you were legit pretty good. Like I know that we're not supposed to imagine you having 'super powers', etc, but I wonder if there is something to the idea that you are used to paying more attention to hand and body movements. You seemed to pick up the dances remarkably quick. I think it doesn't hurt that women are naturally better dancers, but I'm still pretty impressed.

There is like a million things you can do and enjoy, and you decided to do the only one you can`t :))) See, you don`t look silly because you are a very pretty girl, and your moves have innate smooth graciousness to them, but the point is not if you look good doing something, but if you are enjoying it and does it make your life richer. It is probably possible to teach a deaf person even to play an instrument decently, but what is the point if you can`t put your heart into it? Music simply doesn`t exist- it never had, therefore you can never miss it. And believe me, dancing is overrated anyway.
