learning to be myself in my 20s

Adolescence can be tourture on unique individuals! As this video trigger me to look back, I came to the realization that it was most difficult bcz I didn’t have the support to me my self and truly and fully embrace who I was. “Energy bothered them!” aint that the truth! I whole heartedly believe that! The ones who judge and criticize are usually the ones who fear the same energy that they’re putting out! Being labeled as “shy” as well, I look at it as a gift and as a natural filtering process provided by the divine to protect the gifts it has instilled in me, as well as ensure that I don’t get involved with the wrong people. Those are the ones, like you said, who won’t take the time in the proper diligence to fully know who you are embrace, and respect it. Good one Ari! Had me doing some shadow work this morning 😂.
