I genuinely like how you’re going about trying to get back into drawing and showing the process that you went through to start again ^^ and dont say you’re art is bad, everyone is on their own journey and process to finding their art style even if that means they took a break for a few years or are just now getting into it! There is no such thing as ‘bad’ art quality drawn by someone and don’t let anyone tell you it’s bad or needs to be improved in some way without you asking for constructive criticism. Keep up the amazing work!

Here is some advice, pls just keep practicing, practice makes perfect. I have been drawing my whole life and i still cannot draw as good as as i should cuz i keep wastin time and not studying my weaknesses. So just keep going man, u can do it
