I'm always so scared to be by myself and I think it's because I just depend of someone else so much that it's stopping me from doing things with only myself. I'm learning now to live alone, to enjoy alone, to do things I haven't done with just myself for a long time. I'm envious from people who can be comfortable with themselves and just be fine with themselves, I'm so jealous of them. Maybe one day I'll be like that, to just embrace my thoughts and myself as it is.

Felt like the world was passing me by while I waited for other people to be free to come and do stuff with me, it was anxiety inducing to begin with and I started off small but I have been doing festivals etc on my own since 2019 now and loving it! You can't put a price on that kind of freedom and it has been really good for my own self relationship! Would highly recommend everyone tries this at least once

This was very honest. Because I have to spend a lot of time by myself even though I'm in university because I haven't got many friends or no friends would be more appropriate. So eventually you learn to be on your own if you've no choice but as humans we definitely feel the need to do it with someone else. recently, like today as a joke someone told me that I dont have friends and a llive. She didnt say it in a mean way and i am also joking about that sometimes. (As i do only have a few friends) But hearing this really hurted, i realised that i am aswell always waiting for other people to do fun things, wich before was absolutely not the deal, but just the last few years i have gotten attached to doing things with people and not alone and i have forgotten the joy that it brings me. Everyone is enjoying their time and i am just constantly waiting for someone to call me or meet up with me. This video has inspired me to go back to the things i love! I would absolutely love to go and sit under a lovely tree like that, and read, eat, write in my journal - but wherever I am in the town I live in, or anywhere else, I just don’t get left alone. Some moron would walk half a mile across a field to come and stand in front of me with their back turned to me!! That is the kind of idiots I encounter. It makes me feel even worse, as I would be far less stressed and lonely if people just left me alone, and stopped invading my space. I feel over-crowded, by peoples’ intrusive behaviour.
