my old man taught me to use the papering on the drywall, so you don't need screws. you just measure out the square of drywall that you need, but you leave about an inch of excess papering on all the edges to spackle over and support the drywall patch. i put a lot of holes in my wall when i was a kid lol.

Looks good, I'd be tempted to take the visible screws out and slap some of that plaster over the holes but for something that sits behind furniture, it's a good fix!

This year has been really tough for me, at first I had reocurring migraines that lasted for weeks then I went blind for three days and after that I lost the feelings in my legs and had to use a wheelchair.
