At first do it NOT simultaneously. 1. Clutch in 2. Downshift 3. Blip(LOW Revs=LESS of a blip | HIGH Revs=MORE of a blip) 4. Clutch out

i would say yes since the faster u release the clutch the quicker u slow down @@funkbros3141
