I’ve been here since October but now I’m in Pattaya. I quit my job and currently don’t have income. I don’t feel like I have done any healing yet from burnout, minor trauma, and a bit of depression. Yesterday on November 11th, I went to the beach and prayed with my feet in the water and waves hitting me. It was very relaxing and helped a bit. I love Thailand. They are so nice and welcoming. As long as you respect them then they will respect you. This video helped put some things in perspective. Thank you.

Hey Antoinette, I think your videos are great and I resonate with them as a black person who has also left the western world and currently set roots in Thailand. Just one word of warning and not to come across as a know it all and I’m sure you’re in the know on this already (maybe even more so than me). As a non Thai person, as far as I’m aware, you need a work permit to run a tour in Thailand and if not the repercussions can be quite serious if found to not have one.

Um one is not on a fast when drinking coffee with cream or anything, only Black coffee can be included as part of a fast. But you go gurl. Just wanted to mention black coffee can be part of a fast because black coffee has almost no calories once you add anything will break your fast because it introduces calories. Unless I heard you wrong when you mentioned being in a fast because you were drinking that orange drink too. In that case never mind. 😁
