Much simpler to take a MacBook Air and a Pi, with that cable. The folding keyboard looks good,but do they supply a left-handed version? I find a right-handed trackpad or mouse to be very inconvenient to use.
@LearningandTechnologyКүн бұрын
@@RWBHere You can get a folding keyboard without the trackpad and then a left-handed mouse. As a "somewhat" left-handed person (long story) I do like a separate mouse quite often. A MacBook is a different thing alltogether - I like the mini and run it "headless: quite often.

Economy of price is good to consider. Could you cover the adapters that claim low latency and 4k support? And still I would like to keep my iPad powered so I'm considering if a powered hub might be the solution.

Thank you very much for this wonderful video, Mr. Frank, I want to ask two questions. Can I connect Mac mini 4 to iPad 9th generation with this connection? (This is an iPad model with a lightning port.) And my other question is, can I connect Mac mini M4 to an imac 2013 model computer?

Hello Mr Frank, thank tiy for this video. If I have to work for prolonged hours on my Mac mini connected to my ipad air 5th gen, which will require charging once in a while, can I use a multiport to charge and connect the hdmi cable at the same time? Will it affect the iPad’s type c port?

Can i use MacBook as a display of mac mini ? Please let me know
@markjs2 күн бұрын
Yes you can but it depends on the age of your MacBook and the OS version. I have read an article about this on the 9to5Mac website. Search for the article "Here’s how to use your old iMac or MacBook as a display for your new Mac mini"

Its a great way to make ur mac mini portable. I just use teamspace on my new mac mini m4 and remotely connect to it using my ipad whenever i am not at home. To do this you just have to log in to ur mac mini once so that teamspace is connected and then even it goes on sleep mode or locks you can connect to it using any device from anywhere.

@@LearningandTechnology Thank you very much for the additional video. This video was the one I originally came across and made me subscribe to your channel. For over 10 years I’ve only traveled using an iPad Pro for professional work. However it’s always been brutally apparent that many applications are constrained by iPad OS. The ultimate solution would’ve been for Apple to apply the power of Mac OS onto the iPad system. Sadly this doesn’t seem imminent. Your video gave me a surge of inspiration because it solved a problem I had been grappling with for all those years. Now I’m able to apply the full power of Mac OS coupled with the iPads incredible versatility. This set up allows the most portability with maximum OS power. PS: I agree that it’s a delicate balance to keep an audience engaged with your videos, however the content will attract the audience required. If it’s an advanced class, then the correct students will come to the class…✌️

My son uses the same capture device for gaming and he uses a hub in between which plugs into a wall charger. That keeps the iPad charged while capturing game play
