Just like the person below me I fell of my ladder from 16ft up, and smashed my elbow in to little bits and also had screws, plates, wires, ball head, fitted into the arm..11 yrs later had the screws taken out..felt a little better..

I hurt my elbow I was rieding my bike I had my helmet and I didn't have my glass and I hit the mailbox and I fell and broke my one of my elbow ad the doctor put me in a cast for 2 week and then he like u fine but this year it got wrose my one pice or my bon when down and not the spot spose to be
