Umpteen times I have said and I repeat. Singer like Mohammed Rafi will never come in next 1 million years. What these singers can do is just sing his songs and try to come as closer as possible to Rafi Saheb, though it's practically impossible to match Rafi Saheb. His voice was a God gifted voice and for that one has to connect directly with God which was sheerly based on Rafi Saheb's inner consciousness and truthful soul which was an integral part of his personality. There will never be another Mohammed Rafi obviously.
