Ma'am kindly explain the fourth chaal.And ma'am in the first chaal that is forward and to the position, while going to the position you have done urdhava hasta chakra only but in the other chapters you have told to do madhaya hasta chakra, like in chapter 53/222. So kindly clear the doubt thanks

hmmm. good question. No, its not specified anywhere as to what the laya should be. I would suggest that you all use it according to your own need of your choreography. You must KNOW how to control your movements is slow and fast speeds. So better get ready. Its an excersise. Challenge yourself.

hmmm, a tricky question Anju... I rarely use the eyebrows but yes its handy to know how and WHEN to use them...try to lift the extreme end of your eyebrow, one at a time. Control is the name of the game... watch yourself do this in a mirror and hopefully one day, suddenly, you may be surprised that it works. It happened with me this way.
