Excellent introduction vlogs and I now have Docker loaded on Ubuntu 20.4 without needing sudo command, I didn't need to reboot on my set up. Looking forward to the rest of the series, good work Jay (I'm British so don't expect too many awesome comments - lol)

I'm running Fedora 33 on my main workstation. I think I remember reading something about needing to do a few things to get Docker running on Fedora 33 and later because they have switched over to podman. I noticed that podman will also be available in Debian 11. Perhaps, Jay you could do a different video that explains what the differences are between Docker, Podman, and LXD and when we might want to use one or the other. Thanks for this series, I would like to learn containers, but I will admit that I haven't wrapped my head around it yet as a primarily Linux desktop user.

For some reason using apt to install docker no longer works because when running systemctl status docker, the output says that the docker service does not exist.

I am running Windows 10 Professional, I have enabled Hyper-v on my Asus z97-a, I enabled Hyper-v in windows features and rebooted along with WSL too. When I installed I do not see the hyper-v enabled on the docker install though i do see the WSL 2. when I finish the install and install Ubuntu from MS store Docker works find. Is this expected?

Any suggestions for trying to get Docker to work with Mac OS 10.12 (iMac)? The standard download requires 10.13. I cannot afford a new iMac right now - current one is at its max version.

Keep an eye out for a second hand Chromebook with high RAM. The HP Chromebook G1 (i think) can come with 16GB ram and 64GB SSD. Also the 2015 Google Chrome Pixel has 16GB Ram and 64GB SSD. I have the Google Pixel and bought it for 180 Euro. Then check out Mr. Chromebox to put UEFI bios on and Gallium OS for the operating system which is based on Ubuntu 18.04. Save yourself hundreds and get a very fast laptop.
