A good tip for cxc students: cxc has a trend or whatever you wish to call it. Based on the year you're doing your exams study MAINLY pass papers from 4 years back. These questions tend to repeat a lot. So for the next year 2022 students, try studying mainly 2019 pass papers, you can study others also if you please 😉😊

The main reason for amelioration was to improve the slaves working conditions during slavery. All the other reasons were secondary

Actually it is farming, the Mayans practiced surplus farming in order to gain food. The leftovers from the surplus farming would then be used to facilitate trade amoung other civilizations aswell as other stuff.

It's not C because amelioration proposals were made to appease the abolitionists, even though it means to improve conditions. This was the way to delay emancipation
