@@Rickystanicky2902 yess. From aso to so it takes around 8-10 yrs at least, but it can further go to 11 yrs also. Then other promotions are also time bound only.. 10-12 yrs for SO to US. Then from US to DS 10+ Yrs. That's what I have heard.

Sir while watching this video I am being honest, I have done the mind mapping on how to achieve what the strategy was flashing in my mind I was in a dream of that I became an ASO and assisting the top diplomats of other countries. It was an awesome feeling which can't be conveyed in words. I calculated the score for every subject and pulled out the score it's my focus to score 25*3= 75, English 45*3= 135 and Reasoning 30*3= 90 and Quants 16*3=48. I am weak in quants but I will improve it by watching the lectures. It's my goal and only motivation to score 348 and capture this ASO Post no matter what. I made this promise to Myself. I am working currently it takes around 8-08:30PM and i have to report to the office by 9 AM. 2 - 3 hour of night I'll be superfocused and weekends dedicated to studies.
