According to me democracy is better than autocracy because in democracy power given to people to decide which government is bettter rather than one person decision must follow by people .People even cannot say anything in judgement or decision .So Democracy is good.

I'm with Democracy because democracy has many strength that make it a good system, especially for long terms development because Democratic policies often focus on sustainable growth rather than quick, short-term wins. Accountability & Transparency. In this leaders are elected by people we don't elect good leader it's our mistake if they fail to deliver citizens can replace them in next election. Protection of rights and freedom. It's sounds not good that democracy is slower and messier than autocracy but it allows societies to grow together, ensuring fairness and equity. It’s like planting a tree: the growth takes time, but the results last generations.

Autocracy over Democracy? Although the view might be controversial, if we examine carefully , India was at her best when she was united under a single empire. Like the Gupta , Maurya, Kushan etc. It is only the forceful implementation of Democracy by the British that dragged down our true potential for growth post independence. If we look at China specifically they have made so many right decision especially economically that made then take a quantum leap in modern era. Sure democracy will give us the means to represent all sections of society but in practice we observe that it also hinders important decision that we must take for national interest. I think in our quasi federal system the states have too much power. A strong central government will aid in protecting our sovereignty and integrity of the land. Again views are personal.
