1:06:04 bulimia nervosa is not only eating excessively. In bulimia, a person eats more than the required amount and then either pukes or consume laxatives. They feel ashamed of themselves or disgusted when they binge eat and therefore purge the food they've eaten.

sir I have one doubt you said bulimia nervosa is the opposite but in the book it is given people with such a disorder try to get rid of the calories by taking meds or by vomiting coz they feel guilty

after saying its the opposite, he did mention thats its the excessive eating and taking meds to digest it and repeating it i guess that should be enough but u can still add the vomiting and the guilt trap part if u like

Sir actually to be very honest , i am keep on procrastinating the things i dont know why i feel lazy while studing cant concentrate , realises that there are many leaves in psycho exam toh ho hi jayega so esei kar kar kei mera syllabus bhi lagg kar raha hai Its not like i dont study at all i open the book then after few minutes loose focuss , right now also its 2: 17 AM i have opened the book for studying but dhyan idhar udhar hi chal raha hai so can yo plz tell what to do as psych exam is just here , SIR please please sir reply to my message it will be really greatful of you , THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND EFFORTS ❤😊

It happens during long leaves between exams, and it is common at every age. Now, as we only have 8 days left, start focusing just one hour for one chapter at one stretch, then take a break for 20-25 minutes, then study for one hour (make a combo of youtube & NCERT book while studying. That should help.

My specific question is that, is class 11 psychology necessary to understand class 12 psychology [ NCERT level ] Kindly answer this, as I am very confused about this, as I DID NOT HAVE AN OPTION TO CHOOSE PSYCHOLOGY IN CLASS 11.
