You mentioned that you've seen/tried other chest holsters where you actually have to grab a hold of the holster to draw. Are you referring to the Kenai Holster from Gunfighters Inc.? I've been looking closely at both your holster as well as theirs, but from the pics I've seen of the Kenai rig, you have to "grab" the holster when drawing, I suspect the reason for this is because they use a lot of elastic webbing (I believe over 12" of it) on their rig. That said, with all of that elastic, I would imagine that it is very comfortable, but if I need two hands to draw, that is a deal killer for me.

+Dandy Dan I haven't had the chance to use the Kenai holster, but i imagine it requires two hands because of the Kydex retention. Our holster can draw with one hand because it uses a strap over the frame for retention. The leather holster itself can be stretched to hold the gun quite loosely, but when the thumb break goes over the frame, it is locked in place. We've also tried to keep the price low on our holsters because we want to get them into as many people's hands as possible. I'd have a hard time justifying a $150 Kydex holster, when you can have leather for $95.

I have a glock 17 gen 4 with laser and light, I don't see how my gun with laser and light would fit,or do you make them or can you make a review on them

Sorry, but i haven't figured out a good way to make this design work with anything on the rail or slide. If you're not against kydex, you might check out gunfightersinc.com/products/kenai-chest-holster/ as i believe they can make a holster for your gun.

+Justin Prather The half-flap is perfect for you then. It is the fastest way to draw a single action. The thumb break on the half-flap is outward facing, so it breaks away from your chest. Also, when you break it, your thumb is on top of the hammer in perfect position to get the hammer back. I worked closely with some old cowboy shooters to design this, and i have to give them the credit for the design details - full firing grip, smooth draw, and complete protection - absolutely perfect holster for a single action. I was looking into purchasing one for glock 29sf, should I order 29/30 in your site? Also if I order magpouch, does it attach vertically on shoulder strap? I hike a lot and price seems right with your brand.

+Kyunam Kim Yeah, our 29/20 holster will fit any generation with and without the sf. The mag pouches attach to any of the three nylon webbing coming out of the holster. The can also be turned up or down depending on where you want them.

Is your nylon webbing the geninely soft supple kind ....OR is it the stiff and likely to cut into the wearer's neck and/or shoulder kind of typical nylon webbing.

Timothy Knoerle I know the stuff you're talking about because i ordered it by mistake once - never again. The webbing we use is the soft kind that won't wear a raw spot on your neck. I've worn one of these holsters all day without any trouble. Hope this helps.

I'm about to purchase an EAA Tanfoglio Witness 9mm wirhin two months, & want to get a chest rig for it. riefly I seriously looked at and considered a Kydex rig, but never warmed up to Kydex, as I prefer all the aesthetics & comfort a leather holster ...with the soft polyester webbing. +ClarkForkLeather I do like it. However, I'm searching for a chest holster that sits in horizontal position, sort of like in a tactical vest. I am not a fan of vertical position and having to tweak my wrist to pull out the weapon. If it can't be helped I can get use to it but if I can get a hold of a horizontal position chest holster, that would be most optimal. Could you produce a chest holster that sits in horizontal position or have any advice on the matter?
