Little King Goods, I used to do "markets" with my leathercraft many years ago and it was purely a hobby for me, not my main income. However, one thing I learned was that it pays BIG dividends if you actually are working at your craft while you tend your table so people can identify with all the work which goes into each piece. Best is if you can have someone tend to the sales while you work full time while you are at the market. :)

Visit soon before Canada becomes an impoverished 3rd world country. Liberals are importing poor 3rd worlders by the millions, draining our social programs dry by giving them free shit all in the name of "diversity is our strength". All they are doing is importing subservient voters. Give people free shit, they vote for you.

Do you still do this market? We're good friends with Jim and Mary Warner who sell fruits and vegetables at Aberfoyle! We're flower growers and vendors beside them at Grimsby Market. If you're still there maybe I'll run into you sometime and we can swap KZbin notes.

I know I'm late to this one but I've watched about 80% of your videos and I've never seen you pray until this one. It's super cool seeing an influencer passionate about the same craft I hope to establish myself in, do well in it, trust God to carry the day, AND show it on a public platform. It's inspiring and reinvigorating for me when I feel like I'm not succeeding in what I do. Keep it up my dude

Hey, Just wanted to stop in and say that I really enjoy your videos. I had no idea you were from up in the Cambridge area. I am originally from up that way and my family are all up in that surrounding area. I now live down in Indiana & Arkansas but I do my best to get up that way a few times a year and up to the cottages in Port Loring. I always loved going to the Farmers Market up in Loring and around the Cambridge / Kitchener / Guelph area as a kid and still try to make it by when I am up that way. I just recently got into leather crafting a few months ago and really enjoy it. Your videos have been a huge help in getting started and understanding different parts of the craft. I have always been one to try and learn many different things and it always seems that one craft leads me into another and I love that. Wanted to stop in and say hi and also let you know that I appreciate you sharing your knowledge and talent with everyone! Thanks!

Your farmers markets in Canada are much nicer than the southern USA farmers markets. Ours would be selling 95% food products. I don't think anyone around here has ever spent over $20 US on anything at a farmers market. 🤣 $5 for a watermelon? Nah I'll give you $3. Type of people. Maybe that will change in the future.

What a bummer, the story of the coyotes; so unnecesary to kill them all, even one of them. And people ask themselves why we are we, where we are nowadays… But gotta say, love your craftsmanship, and hope everything is being done the most environmentally friendly possible.
@kirksfilms

I hear your empathy for the coyotes. Believe it or not, managing animals is important to protect the animals from themselves and others. A pack of coyotes can decimate a farm in one night. They are known to attack livestock, pets (dogs and cats) and even people. If their pack becomes too big to sustain itself naturally, they will eventually starve or become diseased, especially in the winter. It is sometimes necessary to manage animals to allow other animals the opportunity to thrive, but ultimately management will provide other coyotes (in the wild) with more natural food, so they can survive.
