Привет. Для затяжки заготовки на колодку использую клей медового цвета (Полихлоропреновый обувной клей, в народе Наирит). А для приклеивания подошвы белого цвета клей Полиуретановый (в народе Десмокол). Гвозди забиваю в затяжную стельку, которая может быть из обувного картона или кожаного картона, или из плотной толстой кожи.

You can also use leather (I have never used, so I don’t know, maybe you need thin leather that will be tough) Better use thermoplastics (try find thermoplastics for shoes (toe puff, stiffeners)

My size 45, length of my feet 29,5 cm, shoe last (45 size) has length 30 cm. That's comfortable. The shoe last should be slightly larger (3-5mm) than the foot
