Leave It Behind - Numbers 31, part 1

Balaam wished to die the death of the righteous but refused to live the life of the righteous. When Israel is sent to take vengeance on Midian, Balaam gets special mention so we all know that he died by the sword, alongside the rest of Midian. We also get an important lesson in cutting ourselves off from sin and temptation, lest we fall back into it.
