"he doesn't have to know that" this is what abuse of authority and corruption looks like on the low end of the scale.
@grahamnimmo465610 ай бұрын
What the sargent said is actually abusive specifically in this case, because Gandolf already new that he had that right to be on that part of the property and was actively using that right to do so until he was forced off the property under threat of arrest. He then tried to regain his rightful access by declaring to the same sargent whilst off the property that his trespass was ilegal and that he wanted it quashed so that he could immediately access the property again ro excersise his right of free press for the people. The sargent saying to the property manager out of earshot of Gandolf, that Gandolf didn't need to know that he had the right to be on the property therefore makes no sense and can therefore only be to pervert the course of justice and is part of a conspiricy to restrict or inhibit Gandof's civil rights, given that Gandolf already new his rights. It wasn't as if they were simply taking advantage of an auditors ignorance of their rights.(although that would be bad enough) This conspiring by the sargent and the property manager is further demonstrated by the sargent's entire orchastration of all the gaurds, the manager and his own officers, in where to go, what to say and when to do it, in order to leave gandolph without any rights or obvious recourse against any of them whilst they all deprived him and by extension, all the people of America from some of their rights and freedoms at that facility, whilst they leave him standing outside, ilegally trespassed

And you're like "well is it a REQUEST or an ORDER?" So the cop tells you it is indeed A REQUEST. And you INDEED tell him you would prefer to STAY. THEN little Humpty says"SO YOU'RE REFUSING TO LEAVE" And you're like "WELL ARE YOU ORDERING ME TO LEAVE? AM I TRESPASSING?" And he's like, "WELL NO" Then obviously and your head you're probably like "WHAT THE ACTUAL FUK?!?!" And then you go to tell him "NO I'M NOT REFUSING TO LEAVE. I JUST PREFER NOT TO" Anyway, that's basically how it went. And man it got me rolling laughing and reminded me of an old Abbott and Costello routine. They have absolutely zero of the trappings of ownership. If you think I'm wrong next time you see a city vehicle like a water dept. truck or parks truck or something like that, especially if it's the city you live in, sitting somewhere with the keys inside jump in and take it for a spin. Not even with the intent of stealing it just take it and drive it around a little bit and head on back to where you got it after about 30 minutes. You won't get in trouble. How could you? You're just test driving property that you "own" because you paid for it with tax dollars. Which means that all belongs to "We the People" 😄 Right?. Well, wrong. And it's the same with so-called public buildings or property, which for the most part are limited or non-public forums.

They love connecting 1A audits to "being the same thing that terrorists do before an attack"....even though not ONE terrorist attack ever committed had any verifiable evidence that said terrorists filmed the scene beforehand. Google Earth would give "terrorists" much better Intel on a target...than taking a chance of getting caught filming in person on location....these clowns know this....which is why this is such a disingenuous "argument".

Simply look-up / websearch "the Shock Box Experiments' by Dr. Stanley Milgram of Yale Univ. wherein his exhaustive experiments cast light upon the probable reason that those in 'enforcement' are so characteristically prone to **Total BLIND OBEDIENCE to PERCEIVED Laws or 'orders'**. Such attempts to explain the resulting horrors of the Waffen SS, the soviet Cheka, etc. etc. ..... and most recently the very malicious 'trend' of US 'law enforcement and bureaucrats'. QUITE Eye Opening !!!!!

Good Day! I've long been a fan of your work & I'm extremely interested in becoming apart of the Free Press movement. I'm located in Texas & I'm watching as many cases from all over the US getting exposed & I want to get involved. I'd also like to know if there is a way you & I can communicate via email so you can vet me if need be. I'm 1,000% truly interested in standing on the forefront fighting against tyranny & I'll do whatever it takes to learn, help, & get things to change in the US before all hope is lost. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience, but I realize you're busy. Thank you for all you do & how well you handle Public Servants. You're definitely 1 of the most respectful members of the Free Press I've come across. PS: I've been trying to get involved & work with others because of safety in numbers & l would prefer to learn from others, but so far no one has replied back to me

For the actual sexual harassment issue, consider getting some "James Okeefe" style hidden cameras to loan to the female informants. (or even audio recorder to get proof.) Then do your thing, and at this time in the reporting, drop the audio / video proof about the harassment. (if you had a time machine, but you get where I'm going)

@@michaelrs8010 Well I don’t know what ODDiting on a government property is… and is it a traditional public forum or is it a non traditional public forum.
@michaelrs80109 ай бұрын
@@EJR-380D It's when one is auditing on property which a governmental entity has the legal custody, care and control and can exercise the rights of ownership. Also for other than a traditional public forum "non-traditional public forum" is not the expression. If it's not a traditional public forum it's either a limited or designated public forum or a nod-public forum. Places like post offices and this FAA facility are non-public forearms when it comes to 1st Amendment activity.

@@EJR-380D yes I say "ODDiting" because because it sounds like "auditing" and the people that do it are ODD. It's like those channels that call them "FRAUDitors" because it sounds like "auditors" and most of them really don't have any real principals they're fighting for they're just doing it to try to get money. So as far as civil rights activists go, they are frauds
