I live in the USA. We have all these taxes. Some states have less property tax than the others but they all have property tax. There are income tax by the federal government plus the state (majority of the states). If you are late in paying taxes, you have to pay a penalty plus interest on the money you owed. Corporate tax is very high. There are deductions as well though just like in Pakistan.
