I love many of your songs, but you didn’t address or talk about God or Jesus once in this song. For a Christian worship band, that’s not normal. Looking at the lyrics, this could very well be a secular song. I’m not saying it’s a bad song. It’s not. But are you trying to give glory to God through your music? Well, that wasn’t clear. I think it’s unacceptable for a Christian musician to not clearly say God or Jesus at least once in a song.

@@JeunessePuissante Do you know that there's two books in the bible that do not mention God not once? Does that mean that the author or characters did not believe or want to give glory to God? Absolutely not. I think that, just as it is in scripture, it's just as beautiful to mention Jesus or not to mention Jesus in a song. Jesus said the time has now come for the true worshippers to worship in spirit and truth. The real concern should be can you find Jesus in the lyrics? Can you find the gospel? There's tons of music where Jesus or God is mentioned that are completely demonic. I'm not trying to argue just admonish. We should be trying to build our brothers and sisters up not tear them down over some silly lyrics.

@@JeunessePuissante Please get your head out of the religious box. God is not just for one group of people, religion, etc…. He is the voice of one’s conscience. You can only bring glory to God when of start to embody his qualities. That is real spiritual work. Change yourself.

Maurice Ward The reason I say this is because, in an effort to appeal to non-believers, a lot of Christian artists compromise and water down their lyrics. We’re either all in for God or we’re not. If someone who doesn’t know this group listens to this song, they will never in a million years guess that it’s about God, and that is the problem I’m pointing out here.

I can relate to this so much.. I want to share and tell all my friends about the Gospel wherever I go and I want to leave that place singing praises to God but most of the time I end up leaving the place without telling them the great works and all the miracles that God has shown me... I really want to break down this wall and be able to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ
