Oh, I've definitely said "I'll kill you" when I was feeling angry. I never accomplished that threat, luckily, but I also got therapy and stopped doing that. I also never said things like "I'll torture you first" or used slurs, etc. But I'm glad that my parents knew that I needed help before things got worse and found some, or I could very well be in prison or dead right now.
