The guilt that moms feel when leaving our little ones with disabilities is SO REAL! It is so hard. With that, you need the time away to recharge. The struggle is taxing on our systems and relationships.

My baby girl is autistic, blind and has other complexities!. She’s 34 now and still frets when lm away. But a wise mama once told me that dependence is a double edged sword and for you both you need away time without guilt. Which isn’t easy ,but you are on a long road and need to look after both of you. Big hugs 🤗

Prayers to your Aunt-Mommy❤❤❤❤When you left and Mikko said "No", she was aware that your were leaving at that moment. And a couple of days later on the 1st June when a video was showing her and her siblings, she was missing you more with her tears. The twins were doing great and their Daddy was doing well looking after them. You deserve that little bit of fresh air alone and im glad you were with family too. #ThwalaTwins #TwiceAsNice South Africa 🇿🇦

Hi Precious and Chris, I want you to know that I really love and admire the people that you are as you both grow and evolve together to raise your children and live your lives. You both are so generous with letting us peek into your family’s life. I find it fascinating because each one of you allow yourselves to be honest, genuine and vulnerable. You both are great communicators in how you express yourselves. Precious, I hope that even though your flights were delayed, that you turned a negative situation into a positive one by relaxing a little bit and enjoying the quiet time by yourself. I pray that your aunt will receive the very best care by the entire staff that is responsible for her during her hospitalization and that her health will be completely restored. May God continue to bless you and your entire family.❤

I used to have seperation anxiety with my mother like Mikko does, I used to be fine with her leaving the house, then there was a time where I would cry every time she left, now I'm fine (she died 10 months ago and I haven't grieved at all) EDIT: I don't know where you live, but I see that you flew over Texas. I live in Texas! About an hour east of Dallas! And that's nice that you made a friend!

The hardest thing ever is to leave your babies. But you come back feeling refreshed. Unfortunetely your flights being cancelled and the emotionality of your trip make things a little different. But if you hadn’t gone and never got to see her again it would have been much worse. Praying for you. I lived that life for so many years. I gave up 21 yrs to care for my daughter with special needs. I had to stop teaching full time. My marriage couldn’t survive it. Thank you so much for sharing. Your channel is going to help so many people.
