Tbh, i feel like this is more about cold water swimming than the comfort zone in general. People come out of the wild cold swimming with an energy in their veins and an opened mind. Leaving your comfort zone I feel, is still demanding, depending on what it is. Cold water swimming does something to people...... :p

Hmm... I tend to be annoyed when people tell me to leave my comfort zone, but now my therapist wants me to avoid triggering topics and I'm finding it difficult to comply.
