Field next door ended up owned by a Caravan Club member (not that one😹), ran the Parish Council ragged with unauthorised developments and failure to comply to Planning regs and so on. Finally, Do as you Likey, put the field up for Auction. Parish Council (who didn't understand how to bid at auctions) paid well OTT for it. It's now in the care of a Trust. It does mean that my land valuation has now increased, significantly and the neighbours are very keen to be helpful.

Unfortunately that’s the trouble these days that people don’t realise farmers don’t own every bit of land that they farm and that rented land is much needed on farms of today as land is so expensive to buy. People don’t respect the land either just like you’ve shown with the fly tipping I hope you can sort something out with the new owners and come to some arrangement to regain the land

Sad to see something gone that you helpt to keep its value, if there wasn’t for you two this field could be owergrown and worth maybe half the price or even less.
