LEAVING THE WAR | MyWay Airlines (Charter Flight) | Boeing 777-200ER | Beirut (BEY) - Istanbul (IST)

Hello everyone, and welcome to this new trip report. Today, you will be joining me aboard a charter flight operated by a charter airline called MyWay Airlines. This flight was given to us by the U.S. Embassy, to help U.S. citizens safely leave the war in Lebanon. The aircraft that will be taking us from Beirut (BEY) to Istanbul (IST), is a Boeing 777-200ER. Just to point out, in one of the texts in the video, I mistakenly wrote the word “country,” as “county.” Enjoy! Instagram: aviation_illusions

This plane was ex: Alitalia. A charter airline MyWay Airlines it is very rare from Beirut (BEY) to Istanbul (IST)

Wow! Thanks for letting me know. I didn’t know it was an ex- Alitalia aircraft, but I did know Alitalia used to operate a few 777-200ER’s. And yes, this MyWay Airlines was operated on this route due to the U.S Embassy borrowing it, even though it is a Georgian Airline!✈️

@@aviationillusions3479 Yes because the wing has red paint and they removed Alitalia on the wing :) I found it easy it was ex Alitalia.
