I think that "hole" isn't finished, it's only for show. If you see the ruin you can only use the wrecking ball. To renovate that get's really expensive if you want do that right.

Quand on vide une maison, le mieux c'est de prévoir en avance une remorque pour mettre tout les vieux meubles et les vêtements usagers dans des paniers! Parce vous taper 2 fois plus de travailler, organisation
