Point 1. We have beggars because of the Syrian Refugee Crisis and we were already in an economic problem. If the USA were to take as much refugees the same would happen, aswell as Lebanon having tiny amounts of land. Point 2. What do you mean by filthy markets? Lebanon is known for having the best markets in the world. Point 3. Every country has ghettos and plus the number of shootings of ghettos don't even compare to the ones in the USA. And the country isn't corrupt like Brazil, since we don't have favels, and we have tiny bits of money compared to them.

So Lebanon is mountains, beaches, concrete, hilltops, vineyards, and churches .....? Ah yes there is one single mosque in downtown Beirut, behind the monument to the Martyrs. No shots of Byblos, Baalbeck, Tyre, Sidon, Tripoli ..... The old souks in Tripoli are one of a kind in Lebanon after the destruction of Beirut's historical downtown. They are the last big Levantine souks in Lebanon.

Everything God made is special. Lebanon, the land of the Lady (the Blessed Mother) is indeed special. No wonder Lebanon is mentioned many times in the Bible. But its people are too arrogant! Isaiah 2:12-13 & 17-18 "For the Lord of hosts will have his day against all that is proud and arrogant, all that is high, and it will be brought low; Yes, against all the cedars of Lebanon and all the oaks of Bashan... Human pride will be abased, the arrogance of men brought low, And the Lord alone will be exalted, on that day The idols will perish forever." Repent from your sins of the flesh and greed and pride oh Lebanon! Don't you see what it has done to you? You went from the land of saints like St. Hardini, St. Charbel, and St. Rafqa to being a leaderless nation. Before the civil war, Lebanon was regarded as the Paris of the middle east for its beauty, and the Switzerland of the middle east for its banking. But in the '70s you adopted the liberal lifestyle (i.e. "hippie" revolution, music, flesh worshipping) from other nations. And that got you the terrible civil war. You were relieved of war in the early 2000's, and you so quickly forgot and went back to into turmoil. WAKE UP! GO BACK TO GOD!

You achieved a lot of very good work, the video is great! Though i think there's room for improvements in the editing part, not in skill terms, but rather on the order of plan sequence. For example, and mostly, i think there a little too many "back and forth" between landscapes/fields and urban view, at least the frequence is too high in my opinion to fully enjoy your work. That's a minor thing that could get your video a lot more attractiveness. Very interested in seing your next productions! Best regards

@tothergnome36938 жыл бұрын
+L Kay it was called Lebanon until the Ottoman Empire invaded then the French came. Then it was called back to Lebanon. So really your just embarrassing yourself.
@rr00208 жыл бұрын
+Tother Gnome It is mentioned 71 in the Old Testament. Lebanon is mentioned 9 times in the Bible as either part of the Promised Land or the northern boundary of the Promised Land. Both Temples were built with the cedars of Lebanon (1 Kings 5:15-24; Ezra 3:7). Solomon sent 30,000 workers to Lebanon, 10,000 per month, to obtain the cedar for the Temple (1 Kings 5:13-14) The "House of the Forest of Lebanon" was a public hall built by Solomon entirely of the cedars of Lebanon (1 Kings 7:2-5). In the Old Testament, the Targums, and the Qumran texts, Lebanon is symbolically associated with the Temple, probably because the cedars of Lebanon were used to build it. Open a bible.
