hey i am lebanese and if you want my advise to have the best time in lebanon try to stay away from the "high society", people who think that just cz they have a bit of money that they are better than others, five stars resorts and hotels gives you really good time, but don't forget to visit lebanon great nature and old cities, where even if history is not your thing there beauty will definitely please your eyes

Honestly this is so sad to watch.. most of these places are empty and this government sucked the life out of the people... only tourists can really enjoy these places and Lebanese people are depressed from not being able to do these things. Oh my God this is shameful and shocking! Lebanese people are among the most hospitable to tourists. You went with the wrong crowd and to the wrong places. Posh society in Lebanon is the most lame you can ever encounter with very primitive morals like seriously they are just stupid. And you said it they are so lame. I have visited 82 countries and Lebanon is definitely in my TOP 3 !!! Amazing nature, very rich culture and history, very welcoming and friendly people, crazy nightlife and very yummy food (I mean really really yummy) ! Beirut has it all ❤ ❤
