Jordan back in his second year in the league was coming off a broken foot short regular season and into the playoffs against the ALL TIME GREAT Celtics with 5 HOF starters led by Larry Bird in his absolute prime. MJ dropped 63 points in the second game of the series and still lost that game, the Bulls got swept in the series (back then first round playoffs were best of five so they lost three games straight). It ain't all about any one man's individual performance, even if you're talking about absolute scoring monsters like Wilt or Kobe, it's a team effort that wins a championship and Lebron just wasn't holding the team together and leading them to victory this series. His individual 40 don't mean shit especially given his 4th quarter performances the first three games. He was playing selfish, or just trying to do too much, or doesn't have a good vibe going on with the team, or something, but again, his individual 40 don't mean shit.
