Such a lot of difference in their homes and most of all their personalities. It isn't easy being shy and not fitting in. They both had it difficult in some way, but their personalities and families were an integral part of it all. I feel for both of them. Everett High School, where Magic graduated is now 49.6 percent black, 21.4 percent white and the rest are a different mix and in 2021-22 had a student population of 1,420. My husband lived in Lansing and attended Everett High School, graduated in 1970. Had to walk about 2 miles to get there. But unfortunately has never been interested in sports. I lived over 35 miles from Lansing and graduated from a very small high school and I loved sports, because my brother loved them and taught me. I remember when Michigan State Won the title. It was great. But I really do enjoy watching both of these men and have a great amount of respect for them.

I watched the playoffs at this time, as well as the final game. Funny thing is, I thought Greg Kelsar would do better than Magic in the NBA. "All Magic did was throw him ally-oops." But was I wrong. lol. Magic was their only loss in the NCAA.

The true goat of the NBA that's right pleural goats if they didn't save the league there would be no Michael Jordan there would be no LeBron James there would be no professional basketball anymore
