I bet if you ask a racist why they're racist they wouldn't be able to answer the question honestly. Most of the time it's generational and they never thought to question their elders about why they hate someone of another race or ethnicity.

I was very naive. I'm soon to be 62, and until Trump was elected the first time, I thought racism was becoming a thing of the past, but Trump allow them to think it was okay to be racist, and it's getting worse since this election. I'm ashamed to be white, because I don't want people to think I'm that way. I hate what this country is becoming. We are living in the last days, and I think Trump is the Antichrist.

The book, Color of Law, addresses this type of behavior. I wrote a major paper in law school about racial restrictive covenants (which I made one of the three A's out of 70 students). The HOA is used as a substitute for them. Of cause we well know, the HOA can ultimately take your home if you do not comply.

All the reasons I am a major LeBron fan! I'm 61 I can tell you that Michael Jordan would have not said anything. Is that a good thing absolutely not. This is why LeBron is hated he is not going for it whatsoever and he has not forgotten where he comes from. So people hate that with a passion! He really started being a target when he started speaking out on the injustice that was going on. This has been a public service announcement. LeBron James you are a real leader everyone that doesn't think so go to hell with the rest of the haters!!!

First thing first I love your spirit for challenging me on this! Now I am going to destroy you on your misunderstanding and information on Michael Jeffrey Jordan. I wonder how old you are? Because you didn't do your homework. In 1991 during the Rodney King riots when Mr. King was savagely beaten by the police Mr.Jordan never spoke out one time on the brutality this man suffered. I picked him out of this issue because at the time no one had a bigger platform than he. He was a total Icon such as he is today. Never said anything he owed that much to the black community and himself as a black man. During that time every black kid in America looked at him as a hero and a role model. Then it was the time he was on the Ted Koppel show night line. During this time in Chicago a lot of the kids were killing and hurting each other over his shoes. Mr. Koppel asked him why won't you make these shoes affordable for everyone. Because during this time Akeem had a shoe as well that was affordable. Mr. Koppel said can't you do the same! Mr. Jordan replied that he didn't have anything to do with the pricing of his shoes. Let's just say he didn't which is bs. Why not go into the inner city of Chicago at that time and give what you could and give a speech about stopping the violence. He never gave anything to the inner city of Chicago. Then when he came there Isaiah Thomas and his family for years made sure he was safe. This the same man though that looked out for you when you came there made sure was safe and you kept him off the dream team. Also the time the rapper Cammilionare was at a party with Mr. Jordan and other celebrities. The brother had Jordan jersey at the party he went up to him and asked him would he be so kind to sign it. Jordan response was I don't sign no jersey for free I will sign it for 5,000 and other things were said it didn't go well. It went so bad that Nike reached out to him. During the George Floyd protest where was Mr. Jordan speaking out on this issue one of the biggest icons of all time nowhere. But let me tell you what he did do to save face at that time he gave the police a million dollars and black life a million dollars. That way he's playing it safe you can't say I'm picking a side. As far as other athletes Bill Russell was very big during the civil rights movement, Kareem was very big in the black community speaking up as well. Just to name a few. I pick Jordan because such as LeBron these two have been the biggest two icons in the NBA period. Kobe never spoke out either may he rest in peace! This has been a public service announcement.
@Vincent-xv3pu5 күн бұрын
Also in the future as a woman or man so important you know a person character what is important to them and are they selfish no matter how great there are as an athlete. LeBron from day one has never forgotten where he comes from and most of all he doesn't keep his mouth shut and dribble. You know nothing do better!
