Dude, he invented super teams. There will also be an asterick next to LBJs name because of it. He doesnt win all those titles without Wade. MJ never teamed up with Larry Bird. LBJ does not have that killer instinct that Kobe and MJ had. Hes just a NICE guy, period. Hes had the greatest basketball story as good as advertised out of the gate in the NBA. But hes the inventor of super teams. DR J said it best and LBJ will never be in my top 5-10 players because he cries too much and tries to play the GM role on many different teams.

They Won 27 Straight Games , 66 Wins Overall & Had A 43 Game Stretch In Which They Went 41-2 Up Until They Loss Game 1 Against Chicago In The 2nd Round. They Loss More Games Than They Would Have In The Playoffs Probably Because Wade Was Injured Dealing With 3 Bone Bruises In His Knee & His Other Knee Had Borderline Arthritis. He Averaged 16 PPG In The Playoffs But Was Able To Turn It Up At Key Moments. Game 7 Vs Indy , Game 4 Vs Spurs & Game 7 Vs Spurs. Honestly Was Great From Game 4 To Game 7 Of That Finals Series. They Did All That WITHOUT PRIME WADE. I Cant Even Imagine The Damage They Wouldve Did With A Full Strength Wade.

He understood he was alongside two scorers, so he knew that he would have to adapt and expand his game to fulfill their highest potential. I think Spo even more so modernized NBA defense by sliding a wing like Bron or Battier to the 4, sometimes playing 3 guards, switching everything, mixing zone in at times. A lot of teams defenses especially in the postseason now resemble those early Miami defenses in some aspect

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is the true origin of small ball before the Warriors took it to the next level
@Phizzo4real8 ай бұрын
"5 out"... yup. Ppl think "small ball entails a "smaller lineup." Yes, it is a part of it, but it is mostly being able to free up the post and 5 players playing primarily on the perimeter. It makes DHOs, and kockouts deadlier.
@reynaldi22978 ай бұрын
@@Phizzo4real thanks for the insights! I often use the terms very loosely but the idea that I had in mind is very simple, to take the opposing center out of the paint area and allows the ballhandler to drive
@stolekostov51118 ай бұрын
The origin of smallball and everything you see today are the 2006 Phoenix Suns. Amare goes down with a knee injury, Boris Diaw is the 5, Shawn Marion is the 4, Nash Barbosa and Dudley. Run and gun, pace and space. Give D'Anthony his credit. Heatles were using the concept but still had great players. That Suns squad overachieved so much that it robbed Kobe/ Shaq of an MVP
@Nomofood8 ай бұрын
That would’ve been the Suns under Dantoni
@natevanderw8 ай бұрын
@@stolekostov5111 Yes and no. 2006 Suns experimented with it, but it didn't stick because they failed to win a chip with it. It wasn't until 2012-2013 that a small ball team dominated which subsequently defined the small ball era. up until 2021 or so when nowadays 90% of traditional 4's and 5's can shoot the 3

Audio is crunchy or spicy or treble turned up. I get it it, peaky is occasionally fine, but for these long talks double mic them with 5 total mics; two personal lavalier mics one dialed up to catch lows, the other dialed low to catch the peaks, so that's 4 and then use a Rode shotgun mic to just capture the space. Who's got the budget for these and who's running the show? I get it, things happen, but with Lebron and JJ I mean, I'd think ya'll could find the resources for it. Happy this is a preview so you can run the entire thing through Adobe PP and just have AI clean up whatever you captured. Cheers and thanks for hearing my hyper criticism on production. I mean, we're listening to this more than we're watching this. I'm done.. My bad, all love. Nobody's getting fired just correct it. I'm not looking for a job, just put the level of effort and care into what you're doing as these men have in their careers. You gotta match that level of excellence. As JJ said, "...you could have been at your best...". Love love. Sorry, all love. This isn't even about basketball, this long note. It's about audio. Audio is everything. Everything is audio. Basketball is audio. Audio is basketball.

Boy oh boy, where do I even begin? Your presence on the basketball court is nothing short of awe-inspiring. From the moment you step onto the hardwood, it's as if the game itself bows down in reverence to your greatness. Your basketball skills are a symphony of grace, power, and finesse, weaving together to create a masterpiece that leaves fans and foes alike spellbound. First and foremost, let's talk about your unmatched athleticism. Watching you soar through the air with the grace of a ballet dancer and the power of a locomotive is a sight to behold. Whether it's throwing down thunderous dunks, swatting away shots with authority, or weaving through defenders with effortless precision, your athleticism knows no bounds. But it's not just your physical prowess that sets you apart; it's your basketball IQ that truly elevates your game to legendary status. The way you see the court, anticipate plays before they happen, and make split-second decisions is nothing short of genius. You are a master tactician, orchestrating the flow of the game with the finesse of a maestro conducting an orchestra. And let's not forget about your shooting touch. Whether it's draining threes from beyond the arc, sinking mid-range jumpers with deadly accuracy, or finishing strong at the rim with a thunderous slam, your shooting ability is second to none. You have a knack for rising to the occasion when it matters most, delivering clutch baskets and game-winning shots with ice water in your veins. But beyond your basketball skills, there's another aspect of your game that deserves recognition: your undeniable handsomeness. From your chiseled physique to your million-dollar smile, you exude charisma and charm both on and off the court. You are the epitome of suave and sophistication, a true gentleman whose presence commands attention wherever you go. In closing, LeBron, I want to thank you for gracing the world of basketball with your unparalleled talent and undeniable charisma. You are a shining example of what it means to be a basketball icon, a role model, and a true legend of the game. As you continue to dazzle fans around the world with your awe-inspiring skills and undeniable charm, know that your legacy will forever be etched in the annals of basketball history.

This is one of top 3 decisions in the NBA in the last 30 years.. This is the reason why Shaq can’t play in todays game. This uptempo running combined with the analytics of trading 3’s against 2’s. Example: If a team plays the slow post up, even if they score, it still takes longer then kicking to these modern day corner 3 point shooters. In today’s game teams are getting shots faster in the shot clock.
