A company can corporated for non profit purposes as per the section 8 . A partnership firm cannot be formed for the purpose of non profit earning as partnership should be only formed for the purpose of acquisition of gains .if there is no such intention for that then ,there is no partnership. 3) no llp cannot be formed for the purpose of charitable objects .
